Omar Scarabaeidae

Appearance

Omar is a short tan skinned gnome with medium length, red curly hair and a large mustache. They wear full greenish black plate armor under a purple kilt with silver detailing and a beetle design at the bottom. He also wears a white cape that reaches his knees.

His left leg is missing and in its place is a wooden peg leg that starts below the knee. They are holding a massive staff.

Upon closer inspection, it is clear that Omar's mustache is in fact two fuzzy caterpillars.

 

Personality

Omar enjoys blacksmithing, craftsmanship, and constructs. He gets excited about hammers and is extremely curious about how Remedy works. They have an equally strong passion for bugs of all kinds, but especially beetles, after whom he designed his armor.

Remedy

Omar is interested in how Remedy is built, calling it "expertly crafted" and getting annoyed when combat encounters derail his figuring out of how it works.

 

Carla and Darla

Carla and Darla are what they named the two caterpillars serving as his mustache. The duo are his friendly companions that follow him wherever he goes. They are quite docile, sometimes crawling to other spots on his face, but receptive to Omar's handling of them.
